Beef Wellington is a fillet of beef coated with duxelles, a sautéed mince of mushrooms, shallots, and herbs. The dressed fillet is then wrapped, baked, and served in a showy puff pastry crust.
Buy. Place in oven @425 and bake until crust is browned. Approx. 25-30 min. Until you reach the desired internal temperature. Recommended 140-145 for medium rare.
